This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the maybank2u platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the maybank2u platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide which form part of this agreement.

Multiple accounts under the same user or related entity are strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of all related accounts and confiscation of balances. During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information. maybank2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Any activity on your account will be considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify the maybank2u support team immediately at [email protected]. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
General User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Do not attempt to hack, manipulate or disrupt the platform’s systems or software.
- Do not use automation software, bots, or any unfair methods to gain an advantage in games.
- Do not transfer funds between user accounts without platform authorization.
- Comply with all local laws related to the use of online entertainment services.
Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the maybank2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring deposits are made using payment methods registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods without permission may lead to account suspension and delays in withdrawal processing.
Deposit
Deposits will be credited to your account after successful transaction confirmation. Processing times depend on the selected payment method. Any failed or reversed deposits by the bank will result in account balance adjustments. maybank2u is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your financial institution for each transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed after all account verification and bonus wagering requirements (if applicable) are met. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered under the same user’s name. Processing time ranges from one to five working days depending on the withdrawal method and amount. maybank2u reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
Bonus and Redemption Terms
All bonuses, promotions, and rewards are subject to explicit wagering requirements stated in the details of each offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are met. Bonus funds and real money are managed separately within the account system.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

- Information provided during registration is false or inaccurate.
- Account activity shows signs of fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
- Multiple accounts detected under the same user or related entities.
- The user has requested voluntary account closure through official support channels.
When an account is closed, any valid balance (after deducting bonuses yet to meet wager requirements) will be returned to the user following standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts closed for fraud or serious violations may not be eligible for balance refunds.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Maybank2u reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
